Built to give the modern Taylor player access to the power, warmth, and blooming character associated with great traditional dreadnoughts, the Gold Label 710e Special Edition brings an old-soul personality to Taylor's contemporary acoustic design. This special edition combines a deeper-bodied, square-shoulder Dreadnought with a torrefied spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides, producing a broad, sophisticated voice with strong projection, rich harmonic content, and an authoritative low end. Its Nashville Burst treatment gives that vintage-inspired sound an equally evocative appearance.

The Gold Label platform represents a distinctive direction within Taylor's acoustic family, pairing familiar playability with construction choices intended to emphasize warmth, depth, and traditional acoustic character. Fanned V-Class bracing with Tonal Rout supports the 710e's deep body, helping bring out the low-frequency presence and overtone-rich qualities of Indian rosewood while retaining clarity, volume, and sustain. The torrefied spruce soundboard contributes a mature, played-in warmth without giving up the dynamic range that makes spruce so useful for both powerful flatpicking and more controlled accompaniment.
