The Taylor Custom Shop #B4041 C27e Grand Pacific is a stunning expression of Taylor's modern acoustic craftsmanship, blending premium Hawaiian koa with Custom Shop artistry to create an instrument that is as visually captivating as it is musically inspiring. Available now at Haggerty's Music, this exceptional Grand Pacific showcases Taylor's renowned attention to detail while delivering a rich, seasoned voice that continues to mature with every hour of playing. From its elegant Kona Burst finish to its luxurious appointments, every aspect of this guitar reflects the care and precision of the Taylor Custom Shop.
Built entirely from beautifully figured Hawaiian koa, this Grand Pacific offers a unique tonal character that evolves over time. Fresh out of the case, koa delivers focused mids, articulate highs, and controlled bass, but as it opens up it develops additional warmth, sweetness, and harmonic complexity that reward years of playing. Taylor's V-Class bracing enhances sustain, projection, and intonation while giving the round-shouldered Grand Pacific body a powerful yet balanced voice that excels equally at flatpicking, fingerstyle, and vocal accompaniment.
Visually, this Custom Shop instrument is every bit as impressive as it sounds. A striking Kona Burst highlights the natural beauty of the koa, while paua Spring Vine inlays gracefully adorn both the ebony fretboard and matching ebony headplate. West African Crelicam ebony binding frames the guitar with understated elegance, complemented by antique gold Gotoh 510 tuners, paua rosette, and abalone-dotted ebony bridge pins. Taylor's ES2 electronics with integrated TaylorSense technology provide natural amplified performance while adding modern monitoring capabilities for today's performing musician.
Protected by a beautifully appointed Western Floral Taylor Deluxe hardshell case, this Custom Shop Grand Pacific is an heirloom-quality instrument designed to inspire for a lifetime. Combining premium tonewoods, refined aesthetics, and Taylor's celebrated playability, it stands as an outstanding example of what the Taylor Custom Shop can achieve for players seeking something truly extraordinary.

Yes. Every guitar that leaves our store has been professionally inspected, set up, and signed off by the technician who worked on it. You will find a signed checklist inside the box when your order arrives.
How accurate are your condition descriptions?
We treat condition grading as a contractual promise, not an approximation. When we list something as excellent, that reflects a specific, consistent standard we apply across every instrument.
