The PRS SE NF3 brings a different kind of versatility to the SE lineup, built around three PRS Narrowfield DD “S” pickups that give you the punch and focus of a humbucker while retaining the clarity and articulation you want from a more traditional single-coil design. The poplar body provides a lively foundation with balanced mids and clear highs, while the bolt-on maple neck adds a little extra snap and immediacy to the response. With its 25" scale length and Wide Thin neck profile, the NF3 feels comfortably familiar under the hand while offering a slightly slinkier response and plenty of room for expressive playing.

The three Narrowfield pickups give this guitar a broad tonal palette without losing its own distinctive voice. A five-way blade switch moves through a range of sounds, from bright, glassy cleans and percussive rhythm tones to thicker rock sounds and smoother, more rounded textures. The pickups stay focused and powerful across the range, giving chords plenty of definition while keeping single-note lines articulate. It is the kind of setup that encourages you to explore different pickup combinations rather than settling into one familiar sound.

Finished in Gun Metal Grey, the NF3 pairs its modern tonal approach with the familiar PRS attention to playability and detail. The rosewood fretboard, bird inlays, 25" scale, and patented PRS tremolo create a comfortable platform for everything from subtle vibrato to more expressive tremolo work, while the overall design makes it equally at home onstage, in the studio, or plugged in at home.
