It is in Excellent condition with some scuffs on the back of the headstock, a chipped volume knob, and light fret wear that does not effect playability. This guitar has a Distressed finish from Novo that is intentional and not actual damage.

The Novo Solus H2 is a compact, characterful take on the classic dual-humbucker solidbody, with the kind of boutique personality that makes it instantly stand out. This guitar pairs a distressed pine body with a Grape Jelly Sparkle finish, giving it a bold look that is balanced nicely by the 4-ply tortoiseshell pickguard, black pickup covers, and nickel hardware. The bolt-on tempered figured maple neck has a comfortable C profile and smooth satin finish, with the matching figured maple fingerboard adding plenty of visual interest of its own.

The pair of Fralin Modern PAF humbuckers gives the Solus H2 a versatile voice rooted in classic PAF character while offering plenty of clarity and definition. There's a warm, open quality to the neck pickup that works beautifully for full chords and singing lead work, while the bridge pickup brings more bite and focus when you need the guitar to cut through. A simple three-way toggle and independent volume and tone controls keep everything intuitive, making it easy to move from smooth, rounded tones to sharper, more aggressive sounds without getting in the way of the playing.

With the scale, bone nut, 22 medium frets, and a comfortable neck depth, the Solus H2 feels immediate and easy to play.
