The LTD EXL Black Metal takes the familiar EX body shape and gives it a slightly larger footprint for excellent balance, a beefier voice, and an even more commanding stage presence. With a 24.75-inch scale, this guitar has a comfortable, responsive feel that makes everything from heavy riffing to wide bends feel natural, while the mahogany body provides a strong tonal foundation with plenty of warmth and punch. Finished in Black Red Burst Satin with black hardware, it has the aggressive attitude to match its performance.

Set-thru construction provides smooth access to the highest frets while contributing to the guitar’s sustain and resonance, and the thin U-shaped three-piece maple neck keeps the playing experience fast and comfortable. The Macassar ebony fingerboard features 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, giving you plenty of room for technical playing, expressive bends, and high-speed runs.
